Alderley Edge has one of the best-preserved stocks of late-Victorian and Edwardian villas in the North West — tall, bay-fronted, generously proportioned, and (usually) in need of thoughtful modernisation. Most of the briefs we run here combine period sensitivity with contemporary open-plan living: a rear extension that respects the original brickwork, a kitchen that hides modern appliances behind hand-painted in-frame shaker doors, an en-suite that takes an awkward dressing room and turns it into usable master suite.
