What kinds of commercial projects do you take on?

Offices, solicitors, dental and aesthetics clinics, retail stores, cafés and restaurant fit-outs, gym and studio spaces, and small-to-mid hotel and HMO conversions. Every project is individually scoped and quoted after a site visit.

Can the fit-out happen while we're still trading?

Yes — we regularly run phased fit-outs and out-of-hours programmes for retail and hospitality clients who can't close. We'll agree a detailed schedule, dust-containment strategy and noise windows at the pre-start meeting.

Do you handle the landlord and licence-to-alter process?

Yes — we liaise with your landlord's surveyor on the licence-to-alter, supply method statements and RAMS, and reinstate to the lease's schedule of condition at the end if required.

Are you fully insured for commercial sites?

Yes — we're fully insured, with public liability, employers' liability and professional indemnity cover in place. Individual certificates are available on request for landlords or insurers.

Do you do M&E as part of the package?

Yes — commercial-grade electrical installations (including EICRs, new DBs and emergency lighting), data cabling, HVAC and gas where applicable. All notifiable work signed off by our NICEIC and Gas Safe registered engineers.

Can you design as well as build?

Yes — for interiors we can produce the layout, finishes and brand-led visuals in-house. For more complex projects we work alongside your appointed architect or interior designer.
